Hi Tom- I am seeing a good friend of mine this weekend that is an exec with one of the B2B companies. I am going to get his take on valuations, competitors, etc. I'll let you know what I come up with.

I'm expecting a very dynamic coming 6 months from
CMRC. Covisant, the auto mega exchange is to be up by
late Sept, you know we're expecting good things from CMRC.

I really expect Arba type performance, in terms of how
ARBA has traded up since the April low for CMRC in
the next 6 months.
