Merolla
If you read sectors posts over the last x period of time, you will very clearly see his point of view And although he may not provide "direct" advice to you whether you should buy or not, you will not need a magnifying glass to read between the lines on his posts. Good luck.

<<quote: mrvc is going to go public with one of the holdings
is this true? >>

Yes. Actually they plan on going public with several holdings (maybe all) over time. Two IPOs have been announced.

LUMN has already filed it's S1, and is now waiting for the Prospectus, pricing and actual trading to begin. MRVC announced on 7/27 also that Optical Access would file for IPO "within 90 days".

<<if you own nrvc you are eligible for x amnt of shs ipo could you give me some insight and facts>>

MRVC indicated they would distribute LUMN shares to MRVC shareholders 6-12 months after IPO - if certain conditions are met. The ratio and distribution date probably will not be set for months.

Someone posted that facts about the COMS-PALM spinoff that may answer some of your other questions.

<<i bot in today small amount do you think this stock is to rich buy on the dip f merolla >>

You bought on the dip? Well you did better than most people today. This is a volatile stock. We could dip further here first or rise significantly. Short term, who knows? Long term you should do quite well.

Don't let the volatility force you into selling on weakness. Sell on your own terms - when you need to or if fundamentals should turn sour. But don't let people scare you out of the stock on no news. Both strength AND weakness are SURE to occur many times in the future, and BOTH events will appear magnified to you.
