Apparently for you. Intel doesn't offer a 1.1GHz processor so 1.133GHz is 1 notch. There's still room left for 1 more notch i.e. 1+1=2. And if you want to slam Intel for "lying" by bringing out a higher processor speed than first indicated I guess you'll slam them for anything.
