Oh no: I thought we'd have a big up day today after Greenspan and used much of my money buying (even got back into Fidelity Select Electronics, Dev comm and Technology).
I guess I bought too high....Oh well, sounds like good times are just a couple of weeks away.
And I'm ON VACATION!!!!!!!
As of tonight!!!!!
The best night of the year.
My last "vacation"....what will be the "best night of the year" after I stop teaching, I wonder?????

And Voltaire, do you see any point in holding Qcom at this point? Maybe buy it again later in the year if it starts looking stronger?

Oh! Voltaire,

Don't sneak up behind me like that! Just about scared the chit out o' me!!

I hope you're right about some near-term market weakness. I've got some dry powder...just waitin' and 'bidin' my time. I've been tryin' to do other things 'till I can draw a bead on my targets, like I cut my hair today. I got down a bigger bowl to use for the job. I suspect I'll want longer hair with cooler weather comin' in soon.

Hey, look at this neat chart I found. It shows you what a $10K investment one year ago would be worth today. You can enter one stock or compare several on the same chart...

Impressed? Me too 'till I added one more....

WinningInvestments.com a covered call site. Has anyone checked it out? They mention buy/writes on NTAP, GMST, and SSTI. FYI

Nice call on SNDK...looks like we are seeing a near term breakout out of a well formed base. NTAP is testing par (100) and looks like it wants to test its old high at 124. QCOM looks like it wants to trend lower even in light of todays Gilder reiteration. Once tax loss selling nears a close ill double up on that position.

Also noticed bullish sentiment is down to 43% the lowest level since November of last year. Just another positive!

Good investing...

V- any juice left for QCOM?
I have noticed on the various Q boards that lots of long time holders have sold their Q this week. Could this be the signal that we are at bottom? The Q energy, not to mention the stock price, seems to be at a all time low.
Any hope left for those Jan 01 100's???????
(It hurts to be in love)
