Robert, Since semi book2bill ratio is 3-month avg, it's alot close to 1.1 than the 1.23 reading. But I believe this is the summer slowdown as everyone should expect. I check 1999's semi b2b data, it's even worse than now...it continued to slow down and almost touch 1.0 til ~Sept 99. Since we have pre-FOMC rally, NAZ would find any excuse to sell down.
