Accounting for CSCO and JDSU - an interesting read. CSCO can sure cover up a lot, can't they?

Like I said, apparently you have better things to do. This morning they were in rare form. Unfortunately, I had to take the wife for a quick trip to the tile store and missed most of it but did come back in just in time to hear Joe make cracks about Voyagers and other minivans in reference to Webvan. Another standing joke has been sending pizzas, hamburgers, etc. through the new broadband pipes of the optical internet.

I'll keep looking for the Gilder comment about terabit routers. I think he was postulating that something totally optical will replace them. You actually answered my next question which was how long this would take. Considering all the ties between MRV "children", CW could probably re-invent itself in the all optical space before terabit became obsolete.

You may be way ahead of me on this, but since someone was touting PWER on the thread this morning, I thought I would honor my promise to share my idea of where we may want to put some of the money we take off the table as MRVC goes up. (How's that for a run-on sentence!) The Gilder group has spun off a new publication about the whole digital power paradigm shift. It seems like a very promising investment area. He is giving away the first issue.

Power-One was my first investment in this space.

I have decided that my wearing of the MRVC tee shirt is a contrary indicator. I started wearing it to bed Sunday night and took it off at about 8 this morning. The last time I wore it was during the plunge from 195 to 42. For the benefit of the thread, I'll announce when I begin wearing it again so you can sell or short the stock. I'll then announce when it goes in the laundry basket so you can cover. That's assuming I can find it. The beautiful view out my office window of the Koi pond is now blocked by a temporary closet made from a piece of conduit hung between two plant hangers with added support from two 2 x 4's. My wife awoke this morning with a guy outside the new wall of French doors nailing up insulation. So much for modesty...
