as a private investor, i wouldn't pay more than 5 times sales, or an extreme 10 p/s if it had a really good future and potential for being very profitable.
but since in my opinion, the long-term survivability of this company is not a sure thing -to put it lightly-, i wouldn't pay anything.
there's no such thing as "the operating system for wireless", and if there is, it won't be Infospace for SURE, and the kind of information Infospace sells is a commodity.
take that away, and what do you have left? another crappy portal a dime a dozen.
