Reagn is greater on almost all counts. Let's just compare one of the many important areas: the former Soviet Union. REAGAN: brought them to their knees, greatly weakened the Iron Curtain, dramatically challenged Gorbachev to "tear down this wall!" while standing in front of the Berlin Wall and followed through on strong policies that led to the collapse of the greatest enemy the United States of America has ever had to defend itself from. CLINTON: squandered the opportunities to make Russia and the other newly independent states true allies of the USA. Ignored the opportunities to help their fledgling democracy succeed. Turned his back on the opportunity to strengthen the new capitalism that was emerging in the dawn of a new, free country. Clinton was a fool. We may all pay for his lack of leadership in the end. FT
