Embedded DRAM is on the same chip, e.g. like on chip processor cache, but it's DRAM and not SRAM, and thus much denser. I think, you got to ask Bilow or Scumbria though. I assume this bit means that they're working on another level of cache embedded in the north bridge/memory controller.

Carl says embedded DRAM has phenomenal bandwidth, but I really don't know.
