well, tell him to get out of it, pronto. there have to be better investments around.

remember April 4, when the NAZ tanked over 600 points intra-day? the market makers simply pulled all bids...they have no obligation to keep an orderly market, and the specialists on the NYSE who officially do have an obligation to that effect, abrogate it in an emergency as well - see '87.

you don't need something as extreme as a war with China though...one never knows what may trigger a panic. often the precipitating event or events are not easily recognizable as the booby traps they are. again, look at '87: rates were rising all year, the dollar was declining all year, and the trade deficit was exploding all year. none of it ever bothered the market..until it did, all of a sudden.

good night...

>Both companies appear to be monetizing a mineral asset, Zeolite,

Looks to me like their main business is monetizing a different assset: shareholder ignorance.

Ahhh the good old BB bubble days. What a time we had back then. Remember that period where the BB Up to Down volume was like 10-1?

I was in there rooting on the imaginary biotechs. What a winter they had. Buy in December and sell in Feb. Works damn near every year on some of them-

I suspect it may work again this winter. Barring mythical post-election catastrophes. hohoho
