If Only, I'm not too interested in holding a trial here. . . on other Individual Investors. . . But in the incident to which you refer, TJoe posted publicly here on SI that he received stock from CNGR during his visit to their company. . . and to my knowledge, that is the only stock he was accused of paid-promoting.

While on the topic, there are far fewer gurus on SI today than one year ago. Some are in Federal Prison, others are buried in lawsuits. Many such gurus have sold into the buying or covered into the shorting. . . they created. . .both of which is cannibalism. But the manipulation of stocks and release of upgrades or downgrades, with hyping or bashing by gurus for the purpose of manipulating a stock to benefit their position is also a securities violation.

And while the SEC is quick to shut down every individual investor that violates these regulations. . .they are extremely slow to notice the countless violations by registered brokerages, analysts and media on or near Wall Street. Manipulation runs rampant there.

If you wish a witch hunt, I say focus your energies on the injustice that exists on Wall Street.
