Frank,

Thanks for the perfect set-up!

You wrote: "It's a relief to find that Merlin's misleading comment about sebl's psr was... misleading <gg>. At 33.4, it's far from the leader of the pack of high-fliers."

Awhile back a really nice group of people asked that I make a presentation. They said I could speak about any subject I wished. Some of my opening comments were:

"The Nasdaq went up 85% last year. As of a week ago it was up about 130% annualized already this year. Are some of these stocks overvalued? On December 28 (if I've got the date right) when Qualcomm was $200, was it overvalued? It's legitimate that we pose these questions to ourselves."

You'll remember, of course, that I spoke those words on March 7 to the gang at the luncheon following Qualcomm's annual meeting. Considering what has happened to the Naz and most of the stocks we follow here since then and considering that Siebel's valuation ratios are near or at record highs, maybe similar comments I made about the price of Siebel's stock really aren't misleading. :)
