I agree with your points, but am still not willing to put my money on a Rambus short.

It's crazy how disillusional the investors on this thread are. DRDRAM is already dead. The patents on DDR and SDRAM will never hold with the major memory players. The ones that caved had good reason to. I'll continue to laugh at this whole patent scam until Micron, IBM, or one of the other big players caves.

I'll probably take my gains on the calls and hold the puts and short in size on Friday after all the IDF hype wears off. I think many off the people piling in now are looking for the same type of short squeeze we saw in February. Too bad they will be disappointed.

PS- I've only played RMBS once before, buying at $69 and selling Aug 70's for $7. A 3 week gain of 10%, I'll take that anyday.
