And there is a reasonable case to be made that actual reported earnings should be used for CSCO rather than the pro-forma numbers that you prefer.

I would like to hear that case, if you care to make it.

In relation to our discussion of employee selling windows.
Cramer (realmoney.com) stated that the positive action on Cisco today could be due to---

"we think the selling window closed and that is why the stock acts so well"

I thought this might of interest for some people on this board. Did not get a response from investor relations yet.
Coincidence that the stock did well? --or could it be related to that big put options sale of Sept puts yesterday at 3 pm.
Don't know if any specific factors were at work but something has been happening the last couple of days--maybe it was a turning point.

Maybe we have our buy signal on Cisco.
