Hi Tim,

I agree we are having a real energy complex issue that has
developed.

I've talked with some people in the drilling industry
and the workers laid off in 1998, have basically gone off
to work in other areas of this very strong economy.

Obviously many of them would be reluctant to get back
into an industry that has displayed the cyclical nature of
the drilling sector......at least not until the
economy weakens.
