Up $1.26 is better than a "nice slow climb." But I do find the caution on this thread (mostly) is a good sign. It's when everyone starts yelling " go go go" that the bottom drops out.

Clinton just solved the California energy crisis <g>

releasing 2 million to help pay for energy bills for low income folks. That might pay for 2 minutes of electrcity.

Got to investigate and find out why those prices are so high.

Need new regulations that limit what companies can charge so they don't make any money.
