Some is speculation about the outcome of the pending court case. So far, at least, that speculation has been on the mark. It ain't over till it's over, but right now it looks as though Lexar will lose the court case. It's CEO has been taken to task for possibly violating SEC regulations on the day of their IPO by saying minimally misleading things about his company. You claim you are somehow concerned that "newbies" will be mislead about Lexar and Sandisk, and will be hurt. Suppose someone reads what you are saying, and buys Lexar, or shorts Sandisk? Would you be concerned about them as well if they lost money? Should the thread just not talk about Lexar? Or perhaps we ought not say anything positive about Sandisk? If you want to say negative things about Sandisk or positive things about Lexar, please do. But please make them substantive. As it is, you are being far more ridiculous--and I daresay misleading--than the people who you claim are simply "cheerleading" Sandisk. It would be nice if you add something substantive instead of just being silly. Sam
