This news is much more significant than it appears on the surface. Go to the Remote Solutions website

remotesolution.com

and follow the links to their partners.

Compaq did the original engineering on the basic jukebox and licensed it to Remote Solutions.

I expect that a number of PC manufacturers will begin to offer this type of peripheral packaged with new units as a means of increasing their slim profit margins.

The volume potential for this product could be huge for e.Digital.

Mary, that Cleo will hold over 100 CDs. Interesting that the very first OEM to license our design is using a portable hard drive for a portable juke box and not a flash memory player holding only 1 CD.

Just goes to show us that OEMs will use e.Digital for uses other than just flash mem. I like that.

Yes, this IS big news. EDIG's credibility was wearing thinner the longer they went with only a single OEM signed-up.

Although I haven't looked at the specific details, this new OEM seems to be quite a bit larger than the first one.

As EDIG is quite over-sold technically, I'd even go so far as to say it's a short-term buying opportunity. Longer-term? I would have to see more OEMs.

I won't be buying, as I don't buy OTC-BB stocks. But good luck to those of you who do.
