Jim, I don't think the Sept OPEC meeting is a barrier anymore. The lack of new oil from the last increase strongly suggests OPEC is mostly tapped out. Appears that a worldwide drilling boom is right around the corner.

Jim,
One thing to note, according to a friend of mine, in the latest release, is declining reserves. That could have been predicted given all the deals the co. was forced to do.
I still think it is cheap, has good prospects, and is cleaning its house up as best it can. Another + IMHO is, kind of ironically, JVs with ROIL. One would think that what is good for the goose would be good for the gander.
