Well, that's what I have been doing since Jan of this year.
I hope this link works so you can see how my buy positions have been following the stock down. I send money in weekly to my E*Trade account since I bailed out of my 401K and do my own investing. Sorry to say it probably isn't doing as good as my 401K would have, but I'm holding QCOM for the long term and I feel comfortable that in the long run "Q" will do good.

PS...This has brought my average down from #152.80 to $118.52. Each one of those buy positions might be more than one share at a time.
