sep 98 was a great month..a great buying oportunity it bottomed that month...got sentiment into fabulous condition...another progamable 4 year cycle low came and went....soooo predictable.....

Just got back from a day trip to PA. If I recall correctly the 1st part of SEPT 98 was up and it wasnt till the end of SEPT that the market started its decline to retest the bottom around OCT 8. It just shows how one can easily manipulate information by leaving something out. This could be done by bulls or bears. Sometimes its unintentional and sometimes its intentional. Yesterday when BOB first mentioned it, he did mention thats what he was being told by traders on the floor. Could it be that they were using him - how could that be. Fortunately, Ron Isanno caught it right away and mentioned that such rally was after a strong decline.
