There's a family connection there. IIRC, Clay's daughter is Mrs. Rose. Clay is also on the board at BKP. From everything I've heard, he's one sharp guy. Hope his judgement on this one is vindicated.

Well, one thing's for sure, when he made those purchases in early July, he sure as heck didn't know yesterday's earnings report.

For the record, Riddell is a director of BKP. He owns (or controls) about 5 million shares of BKP, 3½ mm of which he controls through POU.

The big keep getting bigger. PD Precision Drilling is taking out CEA Centalta in a paper deal.

0.1432 shares of Precision for 1 share of Cenalta.

It's been a bit of a ride watching the thing happen but old Jettstar shares became consolidated Petro-Well shares and then consolidated again into Cenalta and now appear like they will become Precision Drilling.

Also notice that BOU Bonus and Tetonka are halted this morning so suspect something's in the works there......
