Would have been nice to see some license fee $$ amounts in the press release.

Concierge, Inc/SFST is one such 'deal' that we *know* from SEC filings will provide license revenues.

The latest PR regarding their merger:

siliconinvestor.com

<<<...Concierge was founded by Kahn to design, market and support a new class of unified messaging products. These products integrate voice technology and pioneering software as a solution to the remote access needs of Internet e-mail, fax and voice mail users.

The company is preparing to introduce a software package (the Personal Communications Attendant, or PCA) that will enable Internet e-mail users to have e-mail, received on their personal computers, read to them over any telephone as instructed by the user's voice commands....

..."The user sets up a VIP list of e-mail addresses, and a phone number where they can be reached. Whenever an e-mail is received from any VIP e-mail address, PCA will immediately call the user and read the e-mail text to them....>>>

And, of course, the contract with GMGC has been around for some time...the details of which we know little; however, their NDA** has caused some interesting speculation as to additional license contracts. Their agreement was to expire on 9/1/00.

**edit: I think it may be called something other than a Non-Disclosure Agreement, rather, maybe more along the lines of a Non-Compete Agreement...until the 9/1 date...?
