Granted the value of the deal has dropped considerably, but using the $4 billion figure given then...the $120 million figure is only 3%. Closer to 6% now though. It's too bad the price was so high at the time, but as it drops it looks better to other potential buyers...I'd think.

I do recall a few years back WSTL had a deal to buy AMTX and TXN stepped in and paid the penalty and bought AMTX. Can't recall the numbers...my point is it does happen from time to time and my fingers are crossed.
