ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS-ALPHA TECH STOCK TRANSFER TRUST AND JAMES FARRELL ORDERED TO PAY PENALTY AND
ENGAGE CPA TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH TRANSFER AGENT RULES
On August 21, the Commission sanctioned Alpha Tech Stock Transfer Trust
(Alpha Tech), a registered transfer agent in Draper, Utah, and James W.
Farrell, its trustee, after finding that from January 1990 through
November 1999 Alpha Tech had repeatedly violated various rules
applicable to transfer agents. Over the nine- year period, Commission
examiners conducted examinations of Alpha Tech's books and records and
discovered in each examination areas of noncompliance by Alpha Tech.
Alpha Tech failed to correct the deficiencies after the examiners sent
deficiency letters and discussed with Farrell the actions necessary for
compliance. Further, Alpha Tech frequently disregarded deficiency
letters received from the examination staff requesting Alpha Tech to
provide additional information regarding the steps that it had taken or
would be taking to address the deficiencies described in the letters.
In the Order, the Commission found that, from January 1990 through
November 1999, Alpha Tech willfully and repeatedly violated various
rules applicable to registered transfer agents. The Commission
also found that Farrell, a resident of Sandy, Utah, who has been
solely responsible for Alpha Tech's business activities since its
registration with the Commission in March 1989, willfully aided and
abetted Alpha Tech's violations.
The Commission censured both Alpha Tech and Farrell and ordered
them to cease and desist from committing or causing any violation
and any future violation of Sections 17(a)(3) and 17A(d)(1) of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and various rules thereunder. The
Commission ordered them to pay jointly a $10,000 civil money
penalty and to engage an independent certified public accountant to
review Alpha Tech's books and records semiannually for a period of
two years and report on Alpha Tech's compliance with these rules.
Both Alpha Tech and Farrell consented to the entry of the Order
without admitting or denying its findings. (Rel. 34-43184; File
No. 3-10273) sec.gov

DYNATEC INTERNATIONAL INC->In May 1989, the Company engaged Alpha Tech Stock Transfer Company ("Alpha Tech") as the Company's stock transfer agent. Alpha Tech served in that capacity until January 13, 1999, when the Company notified Alpha Tech of the Company's termination of Alpha Tech's agency and instructed Alpha Tech to transfer the Company's records to American Stock Transfer Company, New York, New York. James W. Farrell, the principal of Alpha Tech, is the brother-in-law of Donald M. Wood, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until his resignation from the Company effective January 14, 1999. During the years ended December 31, 1998 and 1997, the Company paid Alpha Tech a total of $1,530 and $16,679, respectively, in fees for services rendered. The Company believes that

the fees paid to Alpha Tech during these periods were roughly comparable to the fees it would have paid to a similar local transfer agent for similar services.

DYNATEC INTERNATIONAL INC filed this SB-2/A on 06/03/1999.

Iceberg Corporation of America Forms Joint Venture to Export Greenland Water

ST. JOHN'S, Newfoundland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 2000--Iceberg Corporation of America, (OTCBB:ICBG) (Iceberg) today announced that it has formed a joint venture to export freshwater from Greenland.

Iceberg's joint venture partner is the international shipping company, Allan Idd Jensen, of Nuuk, Greenland. The Greenland joint venture company will be known as "Aquapolaris."

Iceberg and its affiliated companies have been harvesting ice from icebergs for more than 3 years and have been producing and selling spring water for more than 10 years. Water from the harvested ice is also used by Iceberg in the production of vodka and beer. Allan Idd Jensen is a well-known entrepreneur who has been involved in a variety of Greenland enterprises.

Through Jensen, the joint venture has been granted the first license to draw water from a waterfall in the Nuuk area. Recent proposed legislation introduced by the Greenland Homerule Government is considered to be favorable to the business aspects of this joint venture.

John Briscoe, senior water adviser at the World Bank was recently quoted in an article as being blunt when he described the Global looming water shortage: Unless people learn to use water more efficiently, there won't be enough freshwater to sustain the Earth's population. The Greenland Ice Cap which covers over 700,000 square miles and is up to 3.5 km thick, is a source of freshwater which predates man and pollution. This is a significant source of water to meet this growing water shortage.

Maurice J. Murphy, Vice-President of Iceberg has just returned from Greenland where, together with Brian Baker, the former Canadian Ambassador to Denmark, and Allan Idd Jensen, the project was discussed in detail with officials of the Greenland Homerule Government and local business leaders.

The waterfall near Nuuk, which will provide the water source for Aquapolaris, feeds directly into a fjord, which will allow ships to moor alongside the waterfall and draw water directly onboard, resulting in minimal environmental impact and efficient handling costs.

Iceberg is the leading harvester of iceberg water, and is a producer of a family of ultra-premium beverages from icebergs including iceberg water, iceberg beer and iceberg vodka. The Company's sales are rising in Canada and the US as the Company's products are distributed in additional markets throughout North America. Branding under the Borealis name and high-quality packaging, together with private label strategic partners, is increasing consumer awareness and demand for these truly unique products.

All Iceberg products are positioned in niche markets at the ultra-premium end of the quality and price range with top name brands, where the Company believes opportunities for increased market penetration and revenue growth are greatest.

This news release may include forward-looking statements concerning Iceberg's business and future prospects and other similar statements that do not concern matters of historical fact. The federal securities laws provide a limited "safe harbor" for certain forward-looking statements. Forward-looking statements in this news release relating to product development, business prospects and development of a commercial market for iceberg water products are based on Iceberg Corporation's current expectations. Iceberg's current expectations are subject to all of the uncertainties and risks customarily associated with new business ventures including, but not limited to, market conditions, successful product development and acceptance, competition and overall economic conditions, as well as the risk of adverse regulatory actions as detailed from time to time in the Company's SEC reports, including the form 10SB for the period ended March 31, 2000. Iceberg's actual results may differ materially from current expectations. Readers are cautioned not to put undue reliance on forward-looking statements. Iceberg disclaims any intent or obligation to update publicly these forward-looking statements, whether as a result of new information, future events or for any other reason.
