ZSUN is actually digging its own grave because of the idiotic McKenna deal. The market ain't like it at all. Once the market makers or sponsors dump all their wholesale shares. The stock will trade below $1. The game is over. A sane and responsible executive would never siphon $15,00,000 out of a company's treasury to a high-risk and no reward investment like McKenna Accelerator Venture. The insiders and related parties will be the only beneficiaries. They will receive $6,000,000 equity up-front plus an additional annual management fee up to 5% of the assets in the Venture Fund. IMHO, the shareholders will be lucky to see a few pennies back. I am very sympathetic to those foreigners who bought the unregistered regulation S shares and found that there is no way out. ragingbull.altavista.com
