Hard to say what's keeping ATMI down. Maybe the perception that the semi cycle is nearing an end? I don't agree that it's all over just yet, more likely the sector won't truly taper off until the end of 2001. Between now and then, ATMI should continue to build it's business. It appears that their has been a very good response to ATMI's latest product offerings. It may be a quarter or 2 before the street recognizes that ATMI has been a well run company. I can wait and I'm glad to dip into a few more shares at what I consider a nice discount. JMO, Michael
