I can't understand why we're seeing the sales of these exercised options by Stempel, Dhar and Ovshinsky. These are significant transactions, in Bob's case, for example, we're talking about $625K. This is not encouraging to a small holder like me. What do they know that I don't know, especially since what I know is seemingly so positive?

I have two unanswered questions we are all pondering.

First, how much longer is it going to take for Tyler and
Intel to develop a demo chip? After all, it is in both parties best interests to get our OUM "game changing"
technology to market.

Second, how much financial impact will our "holy grail" non-volatile technology have on our stock above and beyond
the anticipated earnings projections?
