+-+- I assume that means it ticked up, then down, then up, then down. Unless you're shorting (shorting is normally only allowed on an uptick) or playing VERY short-term games, ignore it (although I suppose you could take ++++ as bullish and ---- as bearish if you really felt compelled to give it some meaning).
