Limit orders, yes.
Stop orders I don't think they do on Naz stocks only-- but double check this.
Options I don't do.
I generally do not use the telephone so I can't tell you about the service.

I am satisfied and will be transferring most of my holdings eventually.

I would avoid this brokerage. Free trades for over 100k yes but you can be sure they find a way to get that back and more, with order flow or margin interest or whatever it takes. They have a $50 charge to transfer an account out and I had a further mysterious $7 "bill payment fee" after I had moved out.
