I have not had any real problems in quite awhile.....(knock on wood)and I have been a member of mytrack since day one....Member#93. The trading system has greatly improved for me even though I have had many of the problems posted to this thread. One of the greatest advantages I see with mytrack at this moment in time(and lets hope they dont try to fix it)is that you can put a limit order in at 7:05am EST and get a jump on the rest of the market especially jumping in front of the GTC Limits from the day before. If there are X amount of shares on island the day before at X price you can jump to the top of the line for your buy or sell in the days quench. I have used that feature many times and it works for me. Getting any type of jump on the market has to be a plus+++++. IMO

Well this just about tears it. Opened Mytrack and one of my accounts is no longer there. This is the account that I trade heavily in daily. It is just gone, not there. This is a margin account with no short positions or margined securities in it. I do a lot of daytrading in this account, but it is after all, a margin account. As it is too early to reach Mytrack, I have no idea what is going on at this point. I can access my account information via the Penson website, and everything is there as I left it last night, I just cannot get to the account online. It is my opinion that TRAC has made a grave, perhaps even a fatal error with the change to Penson. We shall see.
