Goose? Goose? Where would I get a goose in August? I made cute little tartlets (image of tiny tacky little Rambis forming a chorus line across the baking sheet) and filled them with some weird mix of sausage, green onions, olives, mushrooms, cheese and cream. I think I screwed up on the salt. They are very salty. I never measure, feeling that after 30 years I should be able to eyeball a tsp of salt. And refusing to accept evidence that I can't. I would NEVER have the courage to cook a goose. The next time YOUR goose is cooked, you may invite me though. I can hit the high notes great, it's all the rest that suck. Must go dig out my Christmas clothes. It's only 100 degrees here. I hope they have the AC on very, very high. Low? Lalalalalalalater
