Perhaps you didn't read my edit. No difference. Perhaps if McCain won the primaries Arizona might be the worst polluters. OK, What was their Ranking under MA Richards? And what are the criteria for measurement, and who's doing the ranking? I'll let you tell me, but I'm betting it's a political bent. I've been to Huston, Dallas & Fort Worth, and I didn't see any smoke stacks smoking like Gore's commercial leads you to believe. Perhaps the cows were farting too much causing excess methane. Oh, which also reminds me, has anyone heard Bush criticize Gore on pollution, I couldn't find that anywhere yet Gore puts out a commercial saying that Bush attacked him on it. What a chump.
