Gee, you are a wonderful guy. Except that Clinton was not under the gun for having an affair, he was under the gun for perjury and obstruction. Even to the extent that opinions on his sexual behavior entered in, it had to do more with recklessness, indiscretion, and exploitation than dipping one's wick. Anyway, I have no idea if Burton is a hypocrite, since even people of faith may succumb to sin, and, Bible college or no, he may be a member of a liberal denomination by now. All of that being said, I think Burton was irresponsible accepting the speakership,knowing he was vulnerable to scandal, and that those members of the Republican caucus who called for his resignation were correct..........
