Webster,my investment in SFA has more than quadrupled and I'm happy with those "few pennies". And yes, I have no problem with the CEO of a successful company being rewarded with stock options that make him very wealthy. I do have a very big problem with with CEO's of under performing companies receiving any kind of a reward or for that matter keeping their jobs. Does $20MM create more incentive than $5MM you ask? No it probably doesn't, but it's also insignificant to share holders. If it keeps a top CEO in place to conduct an orderly transition when he retires it's money well spent. Should Dick Cheney have gotten a $20MM parachute? Hell no!
