It's happened a couple times in the past and within 2 days of the 10Q Filing, the "E" was gone... This is a very minor happening, NOT to be confused with a 10SB or 10K... I guess with all the paper work involved in the recent acquisition, filing the 10Q in a timely fashion just slipped their minds...
