Hello, Theo - Welcome to the SNDK board. It usually isn't this "erratic" around here. Mostly, we're pretty sane people who consider SNDK a long-term hold. Occasionally, I've been known to post links to the Pandas at the San Diego Zoo, and this might be a good time to do so since we need a "breath of fresh air" to clear the atmosphere here:

(By the way, baby panda Hua Mei was one year old on Monday.)

Theo, you wrote: bought SNDK because a buddy highly rcommended it last week; actually, I was betting on him. He has a track record of staying ahead of the curve, if you will.

I think this is called "the coat tail investment stategy." If you always take your buddy's advice you will always make your buddy's mistake. A very shrewd strategy, if you pick a really sharp buddy! Another advantage is that when things go wrong, you can always blame your buddy! Thus you never make an investment mistake.

If you decide to do your own, you might want to start with post #11653 and go from there. This will get you started.

Now my questions for you: What are your friends top 4 stock picks? And what is his target price to sell SNDK? Just curious.
