There is no doubt that Infineon and Rambus will eventually reach a settlement. The details will be the interesting part.

Hi richard surckla; It is quite possible that Infineon could sign an agreement with Rambus. That would probably be good for RMBS, the stock, but it wouldn't save RDRAM, the technology, from the grave. My interest is mostly in the technology. The legal stuff and stock price is just filler.

P.S. Where did Infineon claim that they would fight to the "end"? That wouldn't be very political of them, I would think.
