Don't forget FASL. Intel's FABs include flash FABs, AMD's flash capacity is held by FASL. The companies are closer in size that it at first appears (though Intel is still considerably larger)

Aren't you forgetting the "profits from sale of fabs" item that will appear in Intel's reports in a couple of years?
