well, as i said already, it looks like it. but note, they mention the wedge pattern too...a resolution to the norm would be a downturn. but beware of bearish patterns that are negated - that almost always leads to powerful moves.
btw, with the recent break-out of the NYA, that index is also beginning to acquire a wedgy look...

i wonder what the mutual fund cash reserves look like? do you have any current information?
that's an important aspect...if lots of cash is lying around at the funds, they'll keep driving this market higher, rest assured.
