"the calendar cycle researcher Chris Carolan has December 2001 pegged as the end of the stock bull market"

I am not a regular reader but I know he has called the top at least twice before. His other predictions have not bee so hot as I recall. How can he be so consistently wrong and still sell the newsletter????

Live long and prosper,

Little joe

The bubble can only persist as long as the dollar levitates.
I have a hard time seeing the dollar staying strong beyond the election, much less through the end of 2001.

Heinz:

Excellent comments.

With respect to timing, it may well drag out for quite a bit yet, but I suspect that the tech sector will deliver some hard-to-ignore numbers this fall. There is only so much that sharp accounting can cover up. (g)
