RK--I enjoy the discussion. Remember, reunification will be social as well as economic. I think, for a unified Korea, pride in technological development will become a factor sooner, rather than later. Here's another interesting thought: Perhaps governments would prefer its citizens enmasse be hooked to pocket music devices, keeping them happy and amused; and away from the news and things heavy having to do with government. I think part of the reason only half the people vote in this country is half of our nation got doped, not just from alcohol and drugs, but other things as well. Survivor with an EDIG handheld, pocket device...anyone? (LOL)
