My ideals are not discretionary. That's why I will never accept Gore as President nor can I dismiss Clinton's follies.

And as I said before, its a cowardly copout to say you can not form a judgment or divine the truth of a matter failing a legal finding. Typical fuzzy headed liberal thinking.
