the POS P&Ds are better plays but it takes guts to weather through the volatility.

Guts and allocations, always leaving enough powder to keep hitting them if they double or triple.

Yesterday reminded me of Thanksgiving Friday, when turds flew with impunity. Anyone remember ADSP, that went from a few bucks to $57 that day last year, before crashing back down? ADSP taught me that there's a lot of money to be made when turds fly, but ya gotta be careful. I was lucky or smart, maybe both, and made a killing on that one. Many others got wiped out.

A lot of the pro traders that normally keep the turds from flying too high are partying out on the Hamptons right now. When the cat's away, the mice will play. The resulting volatility can be astounding.

I'm short AMZN, ARIA, ASKJ, AVNX, COII, CRDS, DSLN, KREM, MZON, QKKA, SONS, and ZIXI right now, most of them turds (ok, AVNX, KREM and SONS aren't turds, just flying too high into lockup releases). I'll be prepared for any of these to double or triple today or tomorrow or next week. Most won't, but it's important in these markets to keep your powder dry.

Regards,
Fund

, JNPR is a good short candidate when the Nasdaq melts down

LOL, Tom, what isn't a good short when Naz MELTS DOWN? <g>

I agree, JNPR will tank at much faster rate than others...
