but not as sexy as SEG With E-learning and being positioned to be the first company/school to grant online degrees in China along with the WTO factored in CIBT starts to get a little sexy in my books. If it was only the schools with no expansion plans then I would have to agree but recent develops in the past 8 months have given a new spin to the sub. but i hope they do not for one moment consider listing on the otc-bb It depends if they are using the OTC-BB as a quick spring board to a major NASDAQ listing? However I don't have any more information on this subject then you do so I guess we will have to wait for the announcement.
