Oh yeah, Rhombic (OTCBB:NUKE). I was lucky to cover that POS before the Germans started buying it in March. Two rules: * anything that gets listed in Germany is a POS. * anything that soars after getting listed in Germany is a double POS. As usual, penny stock promoters make their money by selling to unsophisticated investors. In this case, unsophisticated means small investors in a foreign country who read investing magazines that are full of paid tout articles.

Mr. Pinkernell makes his money primarily through arbitrage between the U.S. and German exchanges and by charging a small fee for executing trades. It ain't just on the Hamburg exchange that they arb this stuff. Note that if you call up a quote for BIFS at RB, you'll be told that it trades on the "International Three Exchanges". LPS5 from Gene's thread checked this out, and learned that anything that's quoted on the OTCBB or Pinks here can also, upon request, be quoted on a couple of German exchanges....
