who knows if it is a problem?
You should come visit Texas and check it out. I even forget sometimes since I live in a nice suburb where the biggest problem is traffic. It really struck me when I went back to my childhood farm and saw the miles of colonia built up in the area.

In case you don't know what those are, they are communities of trailers, cynderblock homes, homes made of tires, homes made from inoperable school busses, and the occasional professionally built home. All on well water and septic usually with dirt roads and absolutely no zoning or building codes. These are expanding just as fast as the suburbs around Austin and Dallas. Most are near the southern border.

I'm sure that our suburb has it's share of teenage drug problems too.
