Do we have confirmation that Manassas will be producing product in 2001? It's my experience from being an Intel investor that microprocessor fabs take about two years from ground breaking to start to spit out product; an additional year or more to come close to capacity. Do memory fabs have a shorter lead time?

I believe that the buildings and clean rooms were available and vacant. It is more a matter of buying or leasing the needed fab equipment, testing/qualifing/standardizing the processes and then finding workers to run the fab.

John and Aus, the physical building was already in place. It is being refurbished for flash memory production. When the deal was made, it was thought that the plant could be ready by the end of 2000 at the earliest. An estimate for the first quarter of 2001 for beginning production is conservative.
