JO: Thanks for the insider selling info..hope it shakes out some more weak hands...market clearly enamored of cos. move into optical networking and with this breakout she'll unfortunately head higher...insider selling or not....as a buy and hold from 22, it will take an earthquake to dislodge me from this company and I suspect most of the share holders feel the same way...but we could always use a wall of worry and for that I'm grateful to ya

Hey James
Unless you're just a short looking to an escape route, here's some info on this big insider selling thing that may ease your mind.
The approximate total shares being sold on your list is 1, 257, 000, or about 0.5% of the 222 million shares outstanding. Nicholas and Samueli account for 246000 and 575000 shares respectively of the 1, 257, 000. Their sales may sound like a lot until you realize that each of them owns about 25% of the company, or 55 MILLION SHARES EACH. I seem to recall also that each of them has an annual salary of around $100, 000. So, if a few insiders, with low base pay, who have taken this company and driven it sky high in value, want to sell some and go play with their money, I say, have at it boys.
