As I posted here a couple of weeks ago, I had a long discussion with the CEO of NUZA. The longer we talked, the more I liked my 680k shares. This is one stock I did not buy for a short term gain, but rather as a long term investment. Their frachising scheme is excellent, as is the business plan going forward. In addition, there CEO is a brooklyn boy (I was born in Israel, but raised in brooklyn), and as such it a tough sob. The bankruptcy was basically caused by one creditor who was itself in financial straights and put the screws down. The former CEO chose chapter 11 as a method of stalling said creditor. Mr. Rouse otoh, is quite happy with the chapter 11 filing, as he will buy out his debts at small percentage of what would have otherwise been needed. NUZA actually has plenty of good news recently, but the court will not allow them to make PRs until they are out of chapter 11, as PR costs money :)
